We have just finished our first basic car training with the puppies. The first trip was with three puppies and it went very well. The puppies settled down nicely on the four minute trip.
The following trip was with four puppies in the cage in the back of the car. I didn't go that well. One puppy was winding up the others I think so there was a bit of whining. If we would have continued for an hour I am sure they would have settled down.
Flexi has always been fine in the car. She sleeps and relaxes on our annual trip to Sweden which is a twenty hours plus drive.
We will continue the training over the next couple of days. We are rapidly approaching Sunday which is when Terri is going to select her puppy. This is going to start the process of allocating the puppies.
